Who will deliver the parcels?
It is the post office of each country. It will be shipped by air parcel , so you will need to sign it when you receive it.

USA, Canada and Australia will be shipped by EMS. Similarly, delivery is done by the post office.

 

Will it be delivered to my home?
In most countries it is delivered to your home.

Russia picks up at the post office. However, if you request EMS shipping, it will be delivered to your home.

 

I can't use my credit card.
In rare cases, security checks may reject some cards. Please consider other payment methods such as Paypal.

 

Is import tax included?
Not included. Therefore, the customs office of the destination may be taxed.

FedEx, DHL, UPS, Yamato Transport, etc. are definitely taxed, but in the case of international mail, it is left to the local customs judgment.

Import duties are exempt from import duties between Japan and the EU by the EPA. However, local VAT may be levied. Customers are responsible for payment.

After leaving the EU, the UK also signed an EPA-equivalent tax exemption contract with Japan. VAT may be levied as in the EU.

 

Does the product price include Japanese consumption tax?
We do not collect Japanese consumption tax at the time of sale.

Japanese consumption tax is exempt when selling to overseas customers.

We also do not collect consumption tax or customs duties in advance in the customer's country of receipt, so customs may impose taxes at the time of import.

 

Can you handwrite the postal slip?
can not.

Online creation and digital printing of international postal slips is now required.

We have been all online output since our founding. Therefore, there is no loss or non-delivery. These problems are often caused by typographical errors in handwritten slips.

Does the address and name need to be written in Roman letters?
Create and print postal vouchers online. The system can print English, French, German, Russian and Spanish. For other languages, special characters may be omitted, so please write in English.

 

I was billed twice.
This is a debit card specific issue.

This is a possible event for debit cards around the world, but in the last few years it has mainly occurred for debit cards issued by Russia and Ukraine.

This happens if your bank applies a credit card system without optimizing for debit cards.

Credit card payment processing involves procedures such as "authorization," "confirmation," and "payment," but the debit card system may treat all of these as "payment."

These are automatically corrected in about 3 or 2 days, so you don't need to do anything.

We do not have access to the customer's credit card information, so we cannot charge more than once.

There is an error in the refunded amount.
It mainly occurs for debit cards.

Refunds on the day of your order may still have a few percent error.

This happens when your bank treats "cancellation of payment" as "withdrawal and deposit".

In this case, the bank procures Japanese yen at the buy and sell rates, which makes a big difference.

Please tell the bank as follows.

How many days will it be shipped?
In most cases we will ship within 5-7 business days.

After shipping, delivery takes approximately one to two weeks, but in some countries it may take up to one month.

Submit Withdrawal Request

This is the contract withdrawal form pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/2673.Since we are a shopping agency service, you may withdraw your order at any time before we purchase the requested items. For sanitary products such as cosmetics, supplements, hair care products, etc., we cannot accept cancellations or returns after the product has been shipped unless there is a defect.
