Shipping calendar
Normally, we ship within 3-7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

In certain destination countries, shipments may be temporarily suspended due to strikes, route disruptions, or other factors. Please refer to the announcement.
On days in Red and Blue letters, general post offices are closed, so shipping work will not be performed.

From December 31, 2025 to January 04, 2026, the post office will be closed, so shipments will be made after January 05.
Japan has a long vacation culture called "Golden Week" from late April to early May. During this period, the manufacturer will be closed and it may take longer than usual to procure the product.
Japan has a vacation culture called "BON" in mid-August. Depending on the company, the vacation period varies, so it may take some time to procure the product.
Every year from November 20th to December 15th, there are many orders and it takes time to ship. Also, airports, customs and post offices in each country are crowded, so please order early.
