A shopping agency service that delivers Japanese products from Tokyo Ginza.
Opened in 2016, we are delivering "TOKYO" all over the world.
Shipping fee
The shipping fee is uniformly 1,700 JPY (about 15 USD) worldwide.
*UK and France: 2,700 JPY.
*EMS area (USA, Canada, Australia) is 4,800 JPY.
We mainly ship to overseas, but if you wish, we will also deliver to Japan. The shipping fee is 500 JPY.
Please use it when you cannot find the product while traveling in Japan. We will deliver it to your accommodation.

Regarding delivery.
We will be shipping the item via EMS with insurance (or Registered Mail / Insured Air Mail).
The item will be shipped within 3-7 business days of the post office..
After shipping We will send you the tracking number.
We do not ship on days when the post office is closed, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please refer to the shipping calendar below.

COVID-19
Due to the pandemic, the number of flights has been reduced, and Japan Post has stopped delivering to many countries. Please refer to the following.

War
Due to the war, it is not possible to fly over Russia, and the number of flights between Japan and Europe is decreasing. As a result, Japan Post has stopped accepting many air parcels destined for Europe. Please check the announcement below.

About settlement currency and display currency.
All orders will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).
Most of your credit card companies charge a foreign exchange fee.
As a guide, there is a currency conversion function in the upper right corner of the screen.
This function will be converted at the central bank rate of the day, so please use it as a guide only.
You can use this function up to the shopping cart, but it will be displayed in Japanese Yen on the final payment screen.
TAX
The displayed price in Japanese Yen will be charged as it is.
* Japanese consumption tax is not included. Orders from overseas are tax exempt.
Customs in each country may impose customs duties and consumption taxes at the time of import. Taxes are paid by the customer.
Note: Japan and the EU are exempt from tariffs by the EPA, but may be subject to local sales tax.
Not all parcels are taxed. It is left to the judgment of customs.
Shipping policy

We will ship within 3 days after ordering. In rare cases, it may be backordered.

Refund policy
It is a shopping agency service. We will arrange the product immediately after receiving the order, so please forgive any changes or cancellations.
Refunds will not be accepted unless the product is defective, damaged or different.
Customs duty or local sales tax may be levied at the time of import. If you refuse to pay, you will not receive the parcel. In this case, the refund is not applicable and the actual shipping cost is required for resending.
* Cosmetics, foods, and products that come into contact with the skin, such as ReFa, are not resold if the parcel is unpacked at customs. This is for all customers looking for new and safe products.
Privacy policy
We will not use your personal information for anything other than shipping products. It will not be provided to the outside.
