For countries without direct flights to Japan, shipments may be routed through the Middle East, and may be affected by the current situation in the Middle East.

As of March 2026, deliveries have been made smoothly except for the following destination countries:

Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Israel

We have confirmed that some Middle Eastern air routes resumed on April 2nd. The situation is improving. We will resend returned packages in due course.

Deliveries to Norway and the UAE experienced temporary delays due to aircraft waiting until mid-March, but these have now been resolved.

Deliveries to other parts of Europe, Canada, Australia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Asia are proceeding as usual.
