We need time to fully understand Directive (EU) 2023/2673 – mandatory online withdrawal function / withdrawal button, which will come into effect on the 19th of this month. Therefore, we will temporarily suspend sales to EU countries.

While hygiene products such as supplements and cosmetics are generally non-returnable in Japan, the EU allows returns within 14 days if unopened.

However, due to recent plastic reduction efforts, some products lack shrink wrap or sealing, making it impossible for us to determine whether they are opened or unopened, leaving us with no choice but to discard them.

Our store does not resell items returned by other customers.

Furthermore, we are not a retailer of our own products; we are a purchasing agent service. After receiving a customer's order, we go to the boutique to purchase or order the goods.

Since almost all of the products we sell are non-returnable in Japan, the application of EU law would significantly increase the risk for us as a purchasing agent service.

However, these EU regulations also apply to overseas businesses selling to EU countries, forcing us to take action.
