Japan Post has suspended deliveries to Israel since March due to the inability to secure delivery routes caused by the situation in the Middle East.

This situation continues, and as there is no information whatsoever regarding when deliveries will resume, we have temporarily suspended accepting orders addressed to Israel.

Even if planes are flying, it does not necessarily mean that postal cargo will be loaded. Please refer to last week's post for more details.

Whether or not a package is transported is at the discretion and decision of Japan Post, and we have no choice in that regard.

*We do not use private courier services such as DHL and FedEx because their shipping fees are extremely high.

For sanitary products such as cosmetics, supplements, hair care products, etc., we cannot accept cancellations or returns after the product has been shipped unless there is a defect.
