Enhanced approach to moisturizing with “Aqua Science Technology” that includes IPSA’s unique moisturizing ingredient “Aqua Presenter IV” and three plant extracts
Creates artificial layers of water that cause moisturizing ingredients to be retained on the skin surface with a soft and moist feeling just like being covered with water and hydrate the skin according to its level of dryness.
Furthermore, as moisture is delivered throughout the skin, the skin stays moist and hydrated*3.
