FORMULATION
The formulation combines a liquid oil with a semi-solid paste oil that has water-holding properties.
Even after phase inversion when blended with makeup, it retains the indulging thickness of cream.
When rinsed off, the paste oil captures the water and forms a moisturizing veil on the cleansed skin,
leaving it soft and supple.
