This supplement condenses the benefits of koji, a traditional Japanese fermented food. It uses "grain koji," made by fermenting nine carefully selected domestic grains, including barley, brown rice, and black rice, with three types of koji mold: white, black, and yellow. Not only does it provide the fermentation power that's known for its health and beauty benefits, but it also delivers the live food enzymes contained in the grain koji.
The ingredients of our grain koji are nine types of rice with excellent nutritional balance: white rice, barley, brown rice, red rice, foxtail millet, barnyard millet, common millet, sorghum, and black rice. We use only carefully selected domestic grains and have created a unique balance.
