Hokyu(宝久)
The finest Uji matcha, primarily made from rare, hand-picked tea leaves*. Characterized by its deep, vibrant color and rich, lingering flavor. *Uses 85% hand-picked tea leaves.
Jukyu(寿久)
A high-grade matcha used in tea ceremonies. It has a well-balanced flavor of umami and astringency.
Tenjo(碾上)
A Uji matcha characterized by its smooth texture and pleasant astringency. It is of the same grade as the matcha served in our tea shop.
Seijunomori(清寿の森)
A friendly Uji matcha characterized by its refreshing aroma and moderately lingering astringency.
Ujimidori(宇治みどり)
Suitable for everyday use at home. Recommended for those new to Uji matcha.
