How to Use
Dispense an appropriate amount (1–2 pumps) into your hand and spread evenly over areas such as the neck (front and back), shoulders, and upper back.
*Limit total daily usage to 6 pumps.

This product contains menthol, which may cause a very strong sensation; please read the following precautions carefully.
*When using for the first time, apply a small amount to test the product.
*Do not touch your eyes or face with hands that have applied the product (it may cause stinging).
