Fructose is known to be a sugar that is easily converted into fat. Enotein B, a type of polyphenol found in eucalyptus leaves and other plants, has been reported in a paper for the first time in the world to have the function of reducing visceral fat in the abdomen and supporting weight loss, thereby helping to improve elevated BMI.
"Enotein B" blocks the fructose gate (GLUT5) that operates in the digestive tract, inhibiting the absorption of fructose, which is easily converted into visceral fat. This suppresses fructose absorption in the intestines, leading to a decrease in abdominal visceral fat and thus weight loss.
