24-Hour Medicated Skincare Powder: Brightening and Improved Skin Transparency. This medicated whitening skincare powder is perfect for finishing off your makeup in the morning, touching up your makeup during the day, and finishing off your skincare routine at night. The active whitening ingredient, 4MSK (potassium 4-methoxysalicylate), penetrates deep into the skin. Enjoy a gentle, soothing floral aroma. It's a surprise to discover which scent you'll get! Comes with three design films. *Whitening refers to the process of suppressing melanin production and preventing blemishes and freckles.

How to Use
<When used as a morning or daytime face powder>
● Use after toning skin with lotion, emulsion, and makeup primer, or to finish off foundation or touch up your makeup.
● Recommended for use with a makeup primer or foundation with UV protection.
● Dispense an appropriate amount of powder using the included "Smooth Fit Puff" (thin puff) and gently smooth it over your entire face.
●When using to touch up your makeup, please use after blotting excess sebum with tissue paper or similar.

<When using as nighttime skin care>
●Use after thoroughly blending lotion, emulsion, cream, etc. into your skin.
●Use the included "Smooth Soft Puff" (thick puff) to take an appropriate amount of powder, lightly pat it over your entire face, and then gently smooth it in to blend. *When using as morning skin care, we recommend using it in combination with an emulsion that provides UV protection.

[Quasi-drugs]

Cosmetics and quasi-drugs categories
In Japan, the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour & Welfare classifies the beauty products under 2 categories: cosmetics and quasi-drugs. Quasi-drugs, in opposite to cosmetics, are medicated, have a mild pharmacologic effect and include active ingredients. If the product is approved as a quasi-drug by the ministry, the manufacturer is allowed to actually claim the effectiveness of the product.
