How to use this guide · Attention levels · Data notes

This guide looks at the six months after the October issue. It brings together each month's central theme and practical perspectives for making plans. Because it follows a six-month arc, its structure differs from the detailed monthly horoscopes. Toward the end of a month, the following month's themes begin to overlap. Use each sign's Six-Month Overview to see how the months fit together, then turn to the months that interest you and the planning examples at the end.

This is Western astrology using the tropical zodiac. It takes a whole-sign approach, counting the Sun sign as the 1st house, to explore areas of life such as work, love, travel and home. Houses represent areas of life as viewed from that sign: the 5th house, for example, relates to love and creativity, and the 10th to work and public roles.

The attention level in each Star Signal is an editorial rating on a scale of 1 to 5, based on overlapping major configurations, the central theme for that sign and how events cluster in time. A 3 marks a theme useful for planning; a 4, one of the month's main themes; and a 5, a major turning point involving several principal configurations. Levels 1 and 2 are also part of the scale, but none of the central themes selected for this guide fall within them. The number does not measure good fortune, danger or the probability of an event.

These readings describe the background for each Sun sign; they do not mean that the same aspects apply to everyone's natal Sun. Unless otherwise stated, trines, squares and other aspects in the text describe relationships between the planets transiting at that time.

Dates use UTC and are given as approximate periods. Your local calendar date may fall on the previous or following day. Birth-date ranges are also approximate: near a sign boundary, the Sun sign may depend on the birth year, birth time and time zone.

The Six-Month Theme | Shape the life you want with someone you trust

Your picture of the future expands from something you prepare for alone to something other people can help you create. Jupiter in the 8th house highlights deep trust and shared resources, while Saturn in the 4th brings home and family life into focus. What would you like to share, with whom, and where would you like to make your base? Over these six months, imagining the moments you would actually spend there makes your choices more concrete. Winter offers time to talk through the details; by spring, you may be ready to choose a plan you can put into motion together.

November 2026 | Getting to know people reveals what you enjoy together

The Sun in the 11th house and the New Moon there around the 9th bring friends, teams and future plans into focus. After getting excited about the same subject with someone, you may find yourself wanting to plan something together. When Mercury and Venus turn direct around the 13th–14th, group discussions and introductions through work may move forward too. What matters is what you can get excited about together, rather than who knows whom.

Around the 18th, the square between the Sun and Jupiter in the 8th house suggests that a wider group and someone you work with closely may have different expectations. Once you know what to do with everyone and what to pursue with a smaller group, you can enjoy both. The Full Moon in the 6th house around the 24th marks a turning point in practical work and daily habits. A clearer sense of your own responsibilities makes it easier to fit in hobbies and time with friends.

Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: At a gathering, you may meet someone you would like to make plans with. The New Moon in the 11th house and the square involving Jupiter in the 8th are the astrological basis. You can choose between the pleasure of joining in and the pleasure of becoming more deeply involved.

December 2026 | Tell a good listener what lies at the heart of your plan

The Sun in the 12th house and the New Moon there around the 9th highlight projects you have yet to announce and preparations you are making privately. The Sun–Jupiter trine around the 18th suggests that talking to someone you trust could help. In a small group, you can speak frankly about an aim you found difficult to explain in front of a crowd. The other person's experience may bring your idea closer to becoming real.

Jupiter turns retrograde in the 8th house from around the 13th, inviting another look at earlier ideas for a joint purchase, a shared business or a future together. Saturn turns direct in the 4th house around the 10th–11th, and what you need from a home begins to become clearer too. At the Full Moon in the 7th house around the 24th, you may hear the other person's answer. What began as your own plan could become a practical discussion between the two of you.

Star Signal | Attention level 3/5: Talking a plan through before making it public can make it more achievable. The trine linking the 12th and 8th houses is the astrological basis. Focusing on what you want to talk through helps the other person put their particular knowledge to use.

January 2027 | Choose a new role on your own terms

The Sun in Capricorn and the New Moon around the 7th–8th mark a moment to decide who you want to become next. Even if you continue in your existing role, you may want to make room for something you would like to do now. Rewrite your profile, change what you wear, give greater prominence to the work you do best, or contact someone you want to see. What you initiate can gradually change how other people see you.

Around the 10th, Mars turns retrograde in the 9th house. Travel, specialist study and work with people far away may prompt you to reconsider your aims or methods. Your previous experience may be precisely why you want to try something different this time. The Full Moon in the 8th house around the 22nd brings answers about what you share and how you cooperate into focus. When you express your own wishes before talking things through with the other person, the terms for both of you become more concrete.

Star Signal | Attention level 5/5: Knowing what you want makes it easier to put a proposal to the other person. The New Moon in the 1st house and the Full Moon in the 8th are the astrological basis. Once you know which way you want to go, you can also see where you would welcome someone else's help.

February 2027 | Connect what you can offer with what you hope to gain

The annular solar eclipse in the 2nd house around the 6th offers a fresh perspective on income and ability. You may discover what is uniquely valuable about work you have treated as secondary until now. When discussing prices or terms of employment, showing exactly what you can do could help. Uranus turns direct in the 6th house around the 8th, and you may want to try a new technique or a different way of working.

The lunar eclipse in the 9th house around the 20th–21st marks a turning point for travel, study and procedures connected with your specialist field. With Mercury also retrograde from around the 9th–10th, you may have more occasions to check the details of messages and explanations. When Mars returns to the 8th house around the 21st–22nd, joint endeavors come back into focus. Once you know where you would like to use your abilities, you can make a more specific proposal for working together.

Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: You may find new value in what you have learned or in a skill you know well. The solar eclipse in the 2nd house and the lunar eclipse in the 9th are the astrological basis. You may be ready to prepare concrete examples that support the recognition you want.

March 2027 | Talking helps people see what your idea has to offer

The Sun in the 3rd house and the New Moon there around the 8th highlight communication, learning and outings close to home. Sharing a concrete example before you have a long, polished explanation ready can show you what interests the other person. As Mercury turns direct around the 3rd, discussions about prices and income become easier to sort out, helping you see what to explain next.

Venus enters the 3rd house from around the 26th, bringing pleasure to conversation and short outings. Discovering a new local shop with your partner, or going together to an exhibition that interests you, could give you more to talk about in everyday life. The Full Moon in the 10th house around the 22nd highlights recognition and results at work. An inventive touch you mentioned in a casual conversation could lead to a formal request for your work.

Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: An everyday explanation or introduction could draw a response to your work. The New Moon and Venus in the 3rd house, along with the Full Moon in the 10th, are the astrological basis. An example you can talk about with pleasure is more likely to stay in your listener's memory.

April 2027 | Turn a shared vision into a way of living

Mars turns direct around the 1st–2nd and Jupiter around the 13th, both in the 8th house. Joint plans and conversations about the future with someone close begin to move forward. The New Moon in the 4th house around the 6th–7th marks a fresh look at your home and where you want to be based. Even a discussion about choosing a home may center on where you want to spend time, with whom, and what you would like that time to be like.

The Jupiter–Saturn trine around the 3rd connects other people's help with the foundations of your home life. You may be able to turn winter's conversations into actual arrangements: asking a professional to handle renovations, choosing somewhere for the two of you to stay, or making a housing plan more concrete with your family. The Full Moon in the 11th house around the 20th also brings answers about plans with friends. Having somewhere you can feel at ease makes going out for romance and fun all the more appealing this spring.

Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: As cooperation takes practical shape, you can move a housing plan forward. Mars and Jupiter turning direct in the 8th house, together with the New Moon and Saturn in the 4th, are the astrological basis. Imagining life after the work is complete helps clarify what you are looking for.

Putting the Six Months Together | Choose a base or a place to stay that suits you both

If you are thinking about a home or a longer stay somewhere, December could be the time to describe your ideal day to someone close. In January, make your own wishes more specific, then look into work requirements and costs in February. You might visit the place in March and ask how well it works in practice, before making arrangements in April with a professional you can consult. There are several approaches to compare: buying, renting, staying for a while or renovating where you are now.

You do not have to like all the same things as the person you live with; you can each bring your own pleasures to the life you share. One of you might look forward to a morning walk, the other to dinner in the evening. Whether you slept well or felt like going out during a stay tells you something about life there that a photograph cannot show. The bigger the plan, the more useful it is to be able to imagine an ordinary day.
