This guide looks at the six months after the October issue. It brings together each month's central theme and practical perspectives for making plans. Because it follows a six-month arc, its structure differs from the detailed monthly horoscopes. Toward the end of a month, the following month's themes begin to overlap. Use each sign's Six-Month Overview to see how the months fit together, then turn to the months that interest you and the planning examples at the end.
This is Western astrology using the tropical zodiac. It takes a whole-sign approach, counting the Sun sign as the 1st house, to explore areas of life such as work, love, travel and home. Houses represent areas of life as viewed from that sign: the 5th house, for example, relates to love and creativity, and the 10th to work and public roles.
The attention level in each Star Signal is an editorial rating on a scale of 1 to 5, based on overlapping major configurations, the central theme for that sign and how events cluster in time. A 3 marks a theme useful for planning; a 4, one of the month's main themes; and a 5, a major turning point involving several principal configurations. Levels 1 and 2 are also part of the scale, but none of the central themes selected for this guide fall within them. The number does not measure good fortune, danger or the probability of an event.
These readings describe the background for each Sun sign; they do not mean that the same aspects apply to everyone's natal Sun. Unless otherwise stated, trines, squares and other aspects in the text describe relationships between the planets transiting at that time.

The Six-Month Theme | Know your appeal, and choose where to shine
Jupiter in Leo expands your interest in how you present yourself and what you want to try. With Saturn moving through Aries in the 9th house, this is a time to turn your expertise and interest in other countries into plans you can sustain. You may want more than attention for its own sake: something you can point to and say, 'This is my work,' or 'This is what I love.' Winter gives you room to try different looks and project ideas; by spring, you can confidently share the ones that have shown promise. Love and collaboration can also introduce you to possibilities in yourself that you have yet to discover.

The Sun in the 4th house and the New Moon around the 9th turn your attention to home and time with family. A room filled with things you love, a table where you can speak freely: you may get a clearer sense of the places where you can be yourself. As Mercury and Venus turn direct around the 13th–14th, discussions about your home and contact with people close to you look likely to move forward too.
The Sun–Jupiter square around the 18th could bring a clash between something you want to do and plans at home. Before giving up either, you may find you can change the number of guests or the date. The Full Moon in the 11th house around the 24th marks a point when plans with friends can come together. February 2027 | An important relationship enters a new phase
The annular solar eclipse in the 7th house around the 6th marks a turning point in relationships with a romantic partner, a client or someone you collaborate with. You may be drawn to a different type of person, or find that a new role emerges in a longstanding relationship. What the other person wants interests you as much as how they see you this month.
The lunar eclipse in the 2nd house around the 20th–21st brings answers about income or your sense of your own value into view.
