How to use this guide · Attention levels · Data notes
This guide looks at the six months after the October issue. It brings together each month's central theme and practical perspectives for making plans. Because it follows a six-month arc, its structure differs from the detailed monthly horoscopes. Toward the end of a month, the following month's themes begin to overlap. Use each sign's Six-Month Overview to see how the months fit together, then turn to the months that interest you and the planning examples at the end.
This is Western astrology using the tropical zodiac. It takes a whole-sign approach, counting the Sun sign as the 1st house, to explore areas of life such as work, love, travel and home. Houses represent areas of life as viewed from that sign: the 5th house, for example, relates to love and creativity, and the 10th to work and public roles.
The attention level in each Star Signal is an editorial rating on a scale of 1 to 5, based on overlapping major configurations, the central theme for that sign and how events cluster in time. A 3 marks a theme useful for planning; a 4, one of the month's main themes; and a 5, a major turning point involving several principal configurations. Levels 1 and 2 are also part of the scale, but none of the central themes selected for this guide fall within them. The number does not measure good fortune, danger or the probability of an event.
These readings describe the background for each Sun sign; they do not mean that the same aspects apply to everyone's natal Sun. Unless otherwise stated, trines, squares and other aspects in the text describe relationships between the planets transiting at that time.

Dates use UTC and are given as approximate periods. Your local calendar date may fall on the previous or following day. Birth-date ranges are also approximate: near a sign boundary, the Sun sign may depend on the birth year, birth time and time zone.
November 2026–April 2027
For those born August 23–September 22 (approximate dates).
The Six-Month Theme | The talents you have yet to share can grow with people you trust
The time before you share your work is getting more interesting. Jupiter in the 12th house expands the projects you have been nurturing and your personal explorations, while Saturn in the 8th house helps trust grow as you become more deeply involved with others. Tell just the right person about an idea you have mentioned to no one. Entrust part of your work to a specialist. Over these six months, choices like these can change what you ultimately produce. Winter gives you a chance to try different ways of taking action; by spring, you can give those collaborations a practical shape.

November 2026 | A casual conversation could lead to interesting work
The Sun in the 3rd house and the New Moon there around the 9th make this a lively time for keeping in touch, learning and making visits close by. Visit a shop that has caught your eye, take a short course, or tell someone about a skill you have. You may find new material for your work in the places you usually go. As Mercury and Venus turn direct around the 13th–14th, you may find it easier to move ahead with discussions awaiting a reply or with a purchase you are considering.
The Full Moon in the 10th house around the 24th brings answers and responses at work into focus. Something you described to see what people thought could become an actual request for your work. Mars enters Virgo around the 25th–26th, strengthening your wish to make things happen yourself. Listen to the questions people ask: they can show you which part of your work they would like to see more of. You have a talent for careful preparation; this month adds the enjoyment of taking action.
Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: What you share in everyday exchanges can bring a tangible response at work. The New Moon in the 3rd house, Full Moon in the 10th house and Mars entering Virgo form the basis of this reading. What people ask you to explain may point to fresh demand for your work.
December 2026 | Turn time at home into time for what you love
The Sun in the 4th house and the New Moon there around the 9th turn attention to home and family. You may want to fill a place where you feel at ease with more of the music, books and cooking you enjoy. Around the 18th, the trine between the Sun and Jupiter in the 12th house connects home life with personal exploration. You might set aside a corner at home for making things or studying, or invite only the people close to you to see a prototype. Even a small space can give your enjoyment room to grow.
When Jupiter turns retrograde around the 13th, an old idea or a piece of work you have yet to present may catch your interest again. Perhaps you could finish it in a different form now. Venus moving through the 3rd house from around the 4th adds pleasure to short outings and conversation, too. Plans with friends may come together at the Full Moon in the 11th house around the 24th. The end of the year becomes more interesting as you move between enjoying something at home and talking about it with others.
Star Signal | Attention level 3/5: Your own space can become a good base for creativity and learning. The trine linking the 4th and 12th houses is the basis for this reading. You can create a setting where you enjoy what you are doing to the full before showing it to anyone else.
January 2027 | Pursue what you love in your own way
Around the 7th–8th, a New Moon in Capricorn in the 5th house brings the urge to take a real step in love, creative work or a hobby. You might start making something you have long wanted to create, or take the initiative and ask someone you like out. The wish to try may matter more to you than sticking to things you already do well.
Mars turns retrograde in Virgo around the 10th. Only once you begin can you discover which methods suit you and which do not. In love, too, a different way of asking someone out may draw a different response. The Full Moon in the 12th house around the 22nd highlights your own sense of satisfaction. The attempts that took real effort may stay with you longer than the parts other people praised. You can carry an interesting discovery into your next prototype rather than rush to show the results.
Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: Trying what you love helps you discover the approach that suits you. The New Moon in the 5th house and Mars retrograde in the 1st house form the astrological basis. A change in how you go about it can help you keep doing what you enjoy.
February 2027 | Rethink how you work to suit who you are now
The annular solar eclipse in the 6th house around the 6th brings a new perspective on how you work and the habits of everyday life. You might want to try a new technology or service, or a change in your role may alter your daily schedule. As Uranus turns direct in the 10th house around the 8th, unexpected options may also come into view for your professional future.
The lunar eclipse in Virgo around the 20th–21st marks a personal turning point. What you want to take responsibility for, and how you want to present yourself, become clearer. With Mercury retrograde in the 7th house from around the 9th–10th, talking through roles and expectations with the other person matters, too. How your body feels after you add something new to your schedule can help you choose your level of activity. You can learn which way of working suits you from how it feels in practice.
Star Signal | Attention level 5/5: A change in how you work can also change where you stand. The solar eclipse in the 6th house and the lunar eclipse in the 1st house form the astrological basis. Put the role you want to take on into words, and your discussions with the other person can become more concrete.
March 2027 | Choose someone who opens up possibilities with you
The Sun in the 7th house and the New Moon there around the 8th bring a fresh start to relationships with a partner or collaborator. When Mercury turns direct around the 3rd, you should have a clearer sense of how work and communication will proceed, too. You may discover that the other person is good at something you found difficult on your own. Someone who suits you in practical terms and also leaves you more motivated after a conversation can feel particularly dependable.
Venus moving through the 7th house from around the 26th brings sparkle to love and one-to-one encounters. Even a small change of meeting place may reveal a side of the other person you have not seen before. Around the 22nd, the Full Moon in the 2nd house could bring a decision about pay or a purchase. Working with someone you value may make you all the more keen to build a relationship where you can speak frankly about your own worth and wishes.
Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: In love or collaboration, you can discover something you want to pursue together. The New Moon and Venus in the 7th house support this theme. When talking to someone leaves you more motivated, plans to meet again give you something to look forward to.
April 2027 | Bring a collaborator's strengths to the plans you have been nurturing
In the 12th house, Mars turns direct around the 1st–2nd, followed by Jupiter around the 13th. Preparations that had stalled, or research you have been pursuing on your own, begin to move again. At the New Moon in the 8th house around the 6th–7th, you can make fresh decisions about what to share and with whom. You could consider showing your idea to the people whose involvement you need before sharing the whole thing publicly.
The Jupiter–Saturn trine around the 3rd connects preparation behind the scenes with cooperation. If someone joins you, bringing skills, funding or experience you do not have, the project could become easier to realize. You may receive news or gather the documents you need near the Full Moon in the 3rd house around the 20th. In the second half of the month, travel and learning also catch your interest, and your thoughts turn to where you would like to take your work.
Star Signal | Attention level 4/5: An idea you have yet to present starts moving with practical help from others. Mars and Jupiter turning direct in the 12th house, and Jupiter's trine to Saturn in the 8th house, form the basis of this reading. Once you know which parts to entrust to someone else, the work you do best can become even more interesting.
Putting the Six Months Together | Invite the right people into an idea you have nurtured
If you have creative work or research you have not yet presented, set up a place to work in December and try things out yourself in January. By February, you can distinguish the stages you enjoy from those where you would welcome a specialist's help. Look for someone to consult in March, then ask for their practical involvement in April. Bringing someone else's skills in at the right stage may take you closer to the quality you want than doing everything alone until it is finished.
With someone close to you, you can talk about what keeps you interested in the work as well as the finished results. You may be surprised by how well they understand you. How your eyes and shoulders feel after a day of concentration, and your mood when you finish working, can help you choose your surroundings. Good tools and a thoughtful layout affect more than efficiency: they can also make a difference to whether you want to return to the work tomorrow.
