Nano-sized lactic acid bacteria nEF (*Enterococcus faecalis* strain KH2) has been reported to improve the intestinal environment and help alleviate constipation by increasing the proportion of butyric acid-producing bacteria in the gut of individuals prone to constipation.
This product features *Enterococcus faecalis*—a human-derived lactic acid bacterium—processed into nano-sized particles smaller than 1 µm using patented technology (Patent No. 4621218). By separating and reducing the size of individual bacterial cells, the body's ability to absorb them has been enhanced.
This product contains 1 trillion lactic acid bacteria, allowing for a high intake in a small serving (per 2-capsule daily dose). That is equivalent to the amount found in approximately 1,000 servings of yogurt! We have packed a high concentration of bacteria into just two capsules.
Formulated with two ingredients that support beneficial bacteria: [Fructooligosaccharides] Naturally occurring sugars found in vegetables and fruits that help support the activity of beneficial bacteria in the body. [Inulin (Water-soluble dietary fiber)] A dietary fiber that dissolves easily in water and serves as a food source for beneficial gut bacteria.
