beta carotene (Provitamin A) is a fat soluble vitamin. It is more likely to be absorbed when ingesting fat. This supplement contains vegetable oil for that purpose.
Vitamin A (Retinol) may accumulate, so it is best to take it as beta carotene (Provitamin A).
*Beta carotene turns into vitamin A in the body.
Vitamin A is important for the protection of mucosa and skin.
For healthy skin regeneration, we recommend taking vitamin E, Zinc in addition to beta carotene (Provitamin A).
